You will feel quite elegant in this dress. I'm 5 '4" and did not have to hem the dress. The length can be adjusted by pulling the fabric slightly over the belt if needed.

The Jane dress is my new favorite HoH silhouette. I love how it looks and fits and that pockets are included by default. This particular fabric is so pretty and vibrant. I’m not a flower fabric fan at all, but this is the exception. Since I already had another Jane dress, I emailed CS and asked if they could shorten the hem for me. They were able to do it and it was a perfect fit right out of the package. It felt like a custom dress and I appreciated the extra effort to make this order perfect. I absolutely love this dress. The blue color is so bright and vibrant. It’s made of crisp cotton that holds its shape nicely and is thick enough not to show off every little imperfection. The neckline is adorable with the little bow but high enough for work. The tie at the back helps cinch and accentuate the waist line and the skirt flares out so prettily and is long enough for work. And it has POCKETS.

I have been scouring looking for the perfect cigarette pants for years. The fabric on these is lovely. The inseam is quite long if you are short like I am. But they hem quite nicely. I wish they came in a dozen colors. I would buy them all.
