Shipping & Delivery
Yes, We ship world wide via UPSP or UPS. Shipping is estimated based on weight and location.
If you need overnight shipping, you must phone us at 909.599.0715 with ample time to fill your request. We will do our best to fulfill your request. Overnight/Express shipping fees will apply.
*International Customers- Your country may require that you pay customs duties. Please understand that we cannot be responsible for these charges. International shipping takes 6-10 business days via USPS priority mail and averages from $16-$42 depending on your location and size of your order. We provide tracking when your order ships, but we cannot be responsible for transit time.
Privacy & Security
When you place your order on HeartofHaute.com , we collect your Name, Billing and Shipping Address, Payment information (Paypal or Credit Card), E-mail address, and Phone number. Heart of Haute will never sell or share your information with other companies. By placing an order or registering an account, you will automatically be signed up for our e-mail newsletters, which you may opt out of at anytime by clicking the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of the e-mail. Your information will only be used in the processing of your order. We are unable to view your credit card number or charge more than the amount of your order. We use a third-party web beacon (Google Analytics) to help analyze where visitors go and what they do while visiting our website.

Returns & Exchanges

We are allowing returns and exchanges again. However, because of the COVID-19 crisis we ask that you DO NOT send returns to our office address.  All returns require an authorization from Mandie at which point will give you instructions on how and where to send your return.

  • We are only able to offer store credit or exchanges at this time.  No refunds will be made for returns received after June 30th, 2020.  We  sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
  • Items must be returned in their original sate for a refund – free of odors, pet hair, and stains and clearly unworn with original tags included.
  • Masks are final sale.
  • Sale Rack items are now final sale.
  • All Custom-made items are final sale (this does not include pre-order in standard sizing offerings)
  • We do not refund for shipping unless we have made an error (i.e. wrong size, color, item was damaged, etc.)

Domestic Returns and exchanges: 

You have 14 calendar days from date of delivery to make a return for store credit or an exchange.  You must contact us before shipping your item(s) back and include your  Return Authorization # on your package.

All sales are final after 15 calendar days. The postmark date will be used to determine refund eligibility. You are encouraged to get tracking and/or insurance as we are not liable for lost or damaged packages. 

International Returns:

You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to notify us that you intend to make a return. You will then be issued a Return Authorization #, which we require you to write on the outside of your return package.

We are not liable for custom fees or import taxes imposed by your country.

 Price Adjustments: If you placed an order within 1 business day before we launched a promotion or sale, we will refund you the difference of the promotional price from your original total at your request. You must send this request within the duration of the promotion and not after it expires.

If your order qualifies for FREE SHIPPING and you return a portion or all of your order, please understand that shipping costs will be deducted from your refund or store credit amount. For domestic orders this amount will be equal to or less than $8.00 for international this amount will be equal to or less than $41.50.

 Garment Care

The majority of our garments are 100% cotton or cotton blends. Cotton is a natural fiber that will shrink when you launder it. Some materials may shrink more than others. We always recommend that you wash your garments in cool water and hang dry to keep their shape and color.  Teresa likes to toss her cotton dresses in the dryer for a minute, then smooth onto a hanger while still damp to avoid ironing. Mandie Bee suggests investing in a hand steamer (they work great!). Dry Cleaning is not necessary, but you may certainly do so if you wish. All of our polyester garments are also machine washable and will NOT shrink when laundering.  Care instruction are on the labels.

We gladly accept Paypal, Master Card, Visa, American Express, and Discover. We've also just added AfterPay as a layaway option. 
Promotional coupons are often time sensitive. Once a coupon has expired, we will no longer accept that coupon. Coupons may not be combined with other offers unless stated otherwise. Coupons may be combined with store credits and already marked down merchandise. FREE SHIPPING is applied to orders with a subtotal of $500 or more. No coupon is required for this offer.  The above terms do not apply to our Sale Rack.
