How do they fit?
~This style fits about a FULL SIZE SMALL. If you're in-between or in doubt, we suggest going up to the next size.-
~If your feet are very narrow in width, please choose your usual size. If your feet are medium-to-wide in width, please size up.
~The wood heel is beautifully hand-carved and sturdy, yet the wood itself is surprisingly light-weight.
~The footbed is cushioned with 3 layers of padding for extra comfort.
Please note: Our model has medium-to-wide feet and wears a solid size 8 in our shoes. She's wearing a size 9 here.
~Each pair of Lucky Lou Shoes comes with its own crepe satin dust bag for storage~

ALL Heart of Haute Garments are machine washable unless otherwise noted specifically for Dry Cleaning.
When it come to keeping the life, color, and shape of your garment, we suggest cold water wash, hang to dry. You can put the cottons on low tumble for 5-10 minutes to help with wrinkling.

Domestic Returns and exchanges:
You have 14 calendar days from date of delivery to make a return for store credit or an exchange. You must contact us before shipping your item(s) back and include your Return Authorization # on your package.
